This model is a Pennsylvania Railroad MP-54 MU Electric reskin of the G-Trax New Haven Electric Interurban. Yes, it’s not accurate, but for me it looks good in PRR scenarios.
The Pennsylvania Railroad's MP54 was a class of electric multiple unit railcars. The ubiquitous cars became a commuting tradition during their long years of service in several major cities and were known as "red cars" or "red rattlers". The MP54 cars ran from 1915 until 1981 on many lines and wore several variations of PRR Tuscan paint.

This is a WM repaint of the DTM ALCo PRR FA1. To the best of my knowledge the Western Maryland only had FA2s so that is the paint done here. Only 304 was ever painted in this paint scheme.
