Your assignment is to pickup a caboose and the cars on AB Yard 1&3 per the work order. Then you will need to marshall them in the correct order on AB Yard 3. The road crew of the Grand Bend Turn will appreciate your efforts to make their lives easier. I suggest you follow the Work Order closely.
Run the RW_AssetSetup.exe file to install the scenario. A list of required rolling stock is included as well as a copy of the Work Order. As always, you may substitute your own rolling stock using utilities such as RW-Tools. I’ve also included a copy of my map files to help you find your way. Remember that the marshall instruction requires that the cars be sorted in the specified order.
The Columbia Valley Pacific is one of my favorite routes. It “feels” like a real railroad and the scenery is beautiful. There is also a good variety of industries to keep operators busy. I’ve chosen 1949 as my era so I can run steam power. The Great Northern and Canadian Pacific railroads have already made the move to diesels for passenger power.
This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
