This scenario takes place in modern day Wyoming (2018) on the Powder River Basin

Description: Thank you for downloading this scenario for Tomcat's Powder River Basin route, version 3.

This scenario takes place in modern day Wyoming (2018). Union Pacific train C EBMNPJ loads at the Eagle Butte Mine north of Guernsey, and takes its coal to the
Jeffrey Energy Center in Kansas. This train is unique in that it and its empty counterpart are the only UP train symbols to take the 'north line' out of the
Powder River Basin.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Unzip this package to a temporary location.

Navigate to your railworks folder, then open the application titled "Utilities"

That will launch a dialog titled "Train Simulator Utilities"

Click on the Package Manager tab, then click on the Refresh button.

Once all the progress bars have finished, click on the Install button.

Navigate to wherever you extracted the download file and find the file titled C-EBMNPJ_The_Outsider.rwp

Click on the Open button.

The scenario will appear with the Powder River Basin scenarios under the 'Standard' scenario type. The scenario name is "C EBMNPJ The Outsider"

This scenario works with the base dependencies of the Powder River Basin route, by Tim Zorn (Tomcat). Specifically DTG's Sherman Hill, Stevens Pass, Soldier Summit
and 3dTrain's Tehachapi Pass. See his full list of dependencies for V3 of his route at: http://railworksamerica.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&;t=19386&start=180

Also required are the freeware bathtub coal gondolas by Bryan Buhler,
available on RWA here: http://railworksamerica.com/index.php/download-library/rolling-stock-repaints?view=document&;id=1817:bathtub-gondolas&catid=19:rolling-stock-repaints
or by searching ' Bathtub Gondolas ' in the RWA file library.

There are a lot of AI trains in this scenario, so weaker computers may struggle with frame rates. If your computer has less than 3,400 MB of available RAM for Train Simulator
to use, you may need to reduce your graphics settings to prevent the game crashing. All of AI and event timings are based aroundthe player running at, or
under the track speed limits.
