Fixes problems with last scenario

This scenario is for the VNHRR route, and uses FA-1's and RS3's. You are driving a new New Haven FA-1 set from Springfield
to Windsor in the winter. It's fairly easy, and should only take about 45 minutes.
NOTE: You MUST have the VNHRR route for this to work. Also, this is my first scenario, so don't expect too much.
CREDITS:
DTM for the FA-1 model and partial rolling stock
Britkits for the RS3 and partial amounts of rolling stock
Trains and Drivers for the route and the rest.
INSTALLATION:
1. Unzip the .zip archive
2. Open Railworks Utilities
3. Package Manager (press refresh)
4. Press install, and locate the .rwp file
5. Let it install
6. Open TS2015 and find the scenario
