This is a repaint of the DTM F3 in the RWA livery.
You will need the F3 from DTM to use this re-paint. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1869390/Train_Simulator_Union_Pacific_F3_Loco_AddOn/
Just run the installer or drill down and hand place these files. Then you need to copy the F3_CGW_01.GeoPcDx and F3B_CGW_01.GeoPcDx from the original CGW Engine folder and paste them into the F3_Engine_RWA folder.
This includes a enhanced headlight treatment on ALL of the locomotives in this pack. If you don't like this just uninstall the F3_Engine_UP folder if you have not unpacked the F3_Engine_UP. If you have you will have to remove the various headlight files seperately one at a time. The modified ones are ExteriorLightsOn_nm and Lens Flare Texture_nm and nmc.
Additionally I have this configured to use the improved CentralJerseyRailfan 567 sounds available at: https://www.trainsimcommunity.com/mods/c1-train-simulator/c94-sounds/i992-emd-16cyl-567-engine-sound-enhancement-pack-v14a-bloody-nose-fix
If this doesn't work for some reason, just go back to the Assets\DTM\F3 UP\Audio\Diesel\Engine folder and you will find the F7 Engine Sound.bin.orig. Delete or rename the F7 Engine Sound.bin and rename the orig by removing the .orig and you will be back to the default sounds. This by the way applies to all versions of the DTM F3's.
Enjoy,
Buzz at RWA
