These models are Central Railroad of New Jersey reskins of Michael Stephan’s freeware Erie Lackwanna Heavyweight Passenger Cars. The freeware original models are required and available here:

Install using RW_AssetSetup.exe. The units will be installed Assets\VNHRR\XtraEquipment\ RailVehicles\ Passenger\ Pullman\ Coach_CNJ\. In the scenario editor they will be listed as “CNJ HW Baggage and CNJ HW Coach”.
This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
