The Kalamazoo Terminal Railway was originally concieved by J.L. Atkins (who locomotive 4002 is named for), a friend, heritage railway volunteer, and aeroplane pilot from Kalamazoo, presently Battle Creek.
He used to fly from airport alongside the GR&I line to Pfizer. He got his start at the Indiana Transportation Museum, and was raised alongside the Monon. As such the railway was written to have some
Monon equipment acquired second-hand in the 1940s (which fit perfectly as Monon retired all steam but the 95/35 by 1947, and it was gone by 1949, in this reality leased to the KTR in 1947, purchased in '49).

Beyond this, various pieces of Monon equipment were saved by the Kalamazoo Terminal Railway, which once the Pfizer money came rolling in, during the 2020s, set up a subsidiary, the Monon Motive Power Historical Society,
to care for this equipment, which includes some vintage freight cars, a Monon U23B (from CSX, skinned from the DTG Feather River U30B), Monon ALCo Century (from the Apache Railway, kindly skinned from the DieselWorks C424 by jtousign at my request,
and available (not repacked) on RWA); 2 Monon Railcars; and of course the BL-2s (a Monon Staple). The Society has 1 BL2, former Monon 35 (from KRM, which was skinned by Antwerp and is modified from his skin one on RWA).
However, the Kalamazoo Terminal owns 2 BL2s (originally B&AR) in its own right, the former Glen Mohart units (52 and 54) which later passed to Iowa Pacific and the Saratoga and North Creek. These units
are often kept with the Monon group's units, at the "Glass House" by the old Dairy, along with the E units, in the North Yard. Both skins were kindly done by Buzz Baxter at my request, and are also available
on RWA, although not repacked, and not using custom sounds. The 52 was done up in a faux IC livery by Mohart, and is included in that WICT livery, plus a KTR lettered version. The 54 was never
re-done by Mohart, and appears here in a faux-FEC livery, to accompany faux FEC liveried E8 No. 1594.

The parent company also rosters the 3 former MILW F units from ITM, which are done up as Monon 83-A, 96, and 72. These are included in the F Unit Pack; and require the Kuju F7 and DTG EMD FP7 Zephyr Pack.
Monon B8 0-6-0 No. 35 (later 95) and L-1 2-10-2 No. 606 are both in the KTR Steam Pack, reskinned from the G-Trax B&LE Route/Penn. Steam Route.

A .bat file has been included for the U30B which will copy the files, AFTER they are unpacked from the .ap file (which can be done using something like 7-Zip and are required for reskinning).

A .bat file has been included as well for the DW C424.

As per usual, these skins are installed at your own risk, and neither I or any of those who helped with these items, claim any liability. Installation assistance will be provided as it can be offered (with no gurantee) on RWA.
All items are property of their original owners and creators.

Several of the BL2s were done by others for me, and they either modified them, or I did.

The audio for the BL2s requires the Kalamazoo>CoveredWagonPack01 included with the Kalamazoo EMD Pack, and to be included in the future Kalamazoo F Unit and E Unit Packs.

There are freight cars done on RWA, that have simply been altered and repacked, as noted in the files.

It should be noted that during some Train Sim updates, using the sander on the BL2 caused the game to crash or 'dump file'. This was a known bug, and is something I am not liable for.

I hope everyone does enjoy the items though. Don't forget that a BL2 must lead, it can not be piloted under load by a non-BL2 diesel locomotive, due to the frame structure.
