This is the CRIP/SP 'Golden State' Passenger Set addon for Train Simulator Classic (Railworks).
Reskin & Packaging done by moondeer611.
Lightweight Passenger Car Models by G-Trax

Requirements:
You will also need the G-Trax Lightweight Passenger Pack.

STEP 1:
Install the RWP file.
STEP 2:
Copy the Geo files from the SF Lightweights from G-Trax.

Once you have completed the two steps, you should be able to have the passenger cars in the game.
The following package is freeware. You can do whatever EXCEPT reskin & make money with its use.
