NRD Commercial and Industrial Buildings Pack 1

This pack contains about 60 buildings. The bulk of these models are sufficiently detailed to use as near-track objects. Some were modeled with low resolution textures for background placement in your route. Most have night windows and winter textures.

Installation:

The Best way to install these assets is to use the Railworks Package Manager. Simply extract the .rwp file to a folder of your choosing, open Railworks, select the Package Manager tab and browse for the file to install. You should click "OK" or "Yes" to any overwrite prompts as I make use of the same basic textures on several differnt buildings. You will find these assets under Commercial and Industrail Buildings in the world editor You will find the clutter assets under Clutter in the world editor.

Licensing:

I build models for enjoyment and have never once thought about charging money for them or accepting donations from the community for my work. I do it soley for the purpose of encouraging freeware route and asset development for Railworks. These assets are free. Let's keep it that way.

If you use these assets you may not charge money for them. If you repaint these assets you may not charge money for them. If you offer these assets as a download ANYWHERE you may not charge money for access to them.

Payware, Donationware, Pay to PLay developers please build your own assets. If your work is good enough to charge money for your products you don't need freeware.
