RW Michael Sinclair's Conifers, Pack 1

A pack of twelve of Michael Sinclair's conifer trees, mapped onto view facing low poly trees for Railworks.

The textures have been used with kind permission of their developer, Michael Sinclair. RW conversion done by Michael Stephan.

The following trees are included as single objects and tree lines and groups, all complete with snow textures: Big Fir, Mountain Scrub Pine, New Blue Spruce, two Douglas Firs, Omorika Spruce, Ponderosa, two Silver Spruces, Western Fir, Western Hemlock, Western Larch.

Installation ~~~~~~~~~~~~

1. Download the .RWP file and save it in a secure place on your hard disk – just in case you might have to reinstall it at a later time.

2. Launch RailWorks and select the Package Manager on the Welcome Screen.

3. Click the Install button, browse to the file from step one, click Open. The package will be installed now, after which you can already use the new assets in the game!

4. To be able to place the trees in a route, you will first have to enable the object filter (left-hand mid flyout window, button that shows a blue cube with an orange triangle) for developer "GreatNortherner", product "MichaelSinclairsTrees".

5. You will now find the trees in the assets browser, listed as "MS Tree ... " under the Foliage/Water objects.

1) These models are provided on an as-is basis. Although unlikely to happen at all, I shall not be held responsible for any damage any part of this archive might do to your system.

2) These models are provided as freeware.

3) Please feel free to redistribute these models with your own freeware route projects. You do NOT have to ask for my permission if the redistributed models are unmodified, freeware, and no charge whatsoever is being made.

4) Please do not distribute modified (repainted, edited) versions of these trees, unless the textures have been entirely replaced by your own ones. In this case, please make sure that your new objects do not overwrite our default ones.
