These are repaints of the CN GP9 from the RSC GP9Pack01 in ACR BiCentennial livery, and of the GreatNotherner(Michael Stephan)'s type CE-1 Santa Fe caboose in plain ACR (with dynamic numbering) and in ACR BiCentennial livery with two fixed numbers 1776 and 1976.
Adriana County Bicentennial
I am grateful for the assistance provided by Buzz456 (who donated flags, medal and stars from his WP GP40-2 BiCentennial units) and to CNWFan who stirred me into doing these.
These are repaints of the CN GP9 from the RSC GP9Pack01 which you must have for these to work. The GP9Pack01 pack is available on Steam Store. The ACR loco uses the CN GP9 .Geo file and CN Cabview folder.
To Install Locomotives
Unzip the folder "ACR - BiC", copy the folder "ACR - BiC" and drop it into: C:\Assets\RSC\GP9pack01\RailVehicles\Diesel\GP9
Open the folder CN\Engine and copy the file "GP9_01.GEOPCDX drop it into the ACR - BiC\Engine folder just installed.
Copy the folder CN\Cabview and drop that into the folder ACR - BiC. That completes the installation.
There are crewed and non crewed (ND) versions of #1776 and #1976
To use these in the game, in the scenario editor ensure the RSC\GP9Pack01 check box is checked in the Assets RH flyout and the locos appear as: EMD GP9 ACR - BiC and EMD GP9 ACR - BiC ND. The numbers are dynamic for 1776 and 1976 only.
To Install Cabooses
In this folder are three versions of the GreatNotherner(Michael Stephan)'s type CE-1 Santa Fe caboose in plain ACR (with dynamic numbering) and in ACR BiCentennial livery with two fixed numbers 1776 and 1976.
Open the folder "ACR Caboose" (which is in the "ACR - BiC" folder). Copy the folder "GreatNortherner" and drop it into your Assets folder. Due to the generosity of Michael the .Geopcdx files are included so that completes the installation.
To use these in the game, in the scenario editor remember to check the ATSFPack box in the GreatNortherner section of the Assets top right flyout. The cabooses appear in the Game as: Caboose CE-1 ACR1 (standard with dynamic numbers), Caboose CE-1 ACR3 (Bicentennial #1776) and Caboose CE-1 ACR4 (BiCentennial #1976).
DTG and Steam in any of their forms have not commissioned, endorsed or in anyway been involved in these repaints other than providing the base engines in the game. You may do anything you wish with the repaints except make money. Using the repaints should not cause you any problems with either the game or your computer and I am not responsible for any such event.
