These are Cincinnati Eastern Railroad GP15 repaints of the GP15 from DRB_SimStuff.

Thanks for downloading my Cincinnati Eastern Railroad GP15 repaints of the GP15 from DRB_SimStuff.
Of course you will need the DRB_SimStuff GP15 first available as a free add-on in the RWA file library
to this link: https://railworksamerica.com/index.php/download-library/engine-repaints?view=document&id=800:missouri-pacific-mp-emd-gp15-new-model&catid=18:engine-repaints.
You get three unique numbered locomotives in that Cincinnati GP15 pack: #1657, 1671, 1686.
Installation
------------
1- Open the zip archive, find the Assets folder, drag it to your Railworks folder. Answer "Yes" to the prompt about merging the Assets folders.
2- Since the GP15 locomotive is free on the RWA website, the GeoPcDx files are included.
To use in a scenario
--------------------
In the scenario editor, enable content from DRB_SimStuff\NA.
Now you should see the GP-15_Cin\GP-15_Cin2\GP-15_Cin3 Units along with other units from the DRB_SimStuff DLC.
Important: don't forget to check KUJU, Railsimulator US in the scenario editor, otherwise you won't hear the sound of the GP15 locomotive engines.
------------------------
I want to thank Chacal and especially Buzz456 for their precious help!
Enjoy,
Touzzz
