This is a "clean" (unweathered) version of the Clinchfield F7 by DTG.
You will need the Clinchfield Route for this to show up. It is available from Steam at: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1230271/Train_Simulator_Clinchfield_Railroad_Elkhorn_City__St_Paul_Route_AddOn/
First run the installer or dril down and put the CRR_2 folder into the Assets\DTG\Clinchfield\RailVehicles\Diesel\F7 folder.
Copy the C_F7_AUnit_Grey.GeoPcDx, the C_F7_AUnit_Grey_Col.GeoPcDx, and the C_F7_BUnit_Grey.GeoPcDx files and paste them into the CRR_2 Engine folder.
It should show up as [CLF] EMD F7 A Unit Clinchfield Grey_2 and EMD F7 B Unit Clinchfield Grey_2.
