This model is a Virginian & Ohio reskin of the payware PRR Alco RS-11 available from Steam. The V&O was an inspirational, cutting edge model railroad that influenced many of us over the years. In Train Sim, I often use the Majestic Falls route to simulate the V&O.
Unzip and install using the included RW_AssetSetup.exe installer. Copy all the GEOPCX files from Assets\vR_Addon4\vR_Alco_RS11\ DieselLoks\RS11 and paste them into Assets\vR_Addon4\vR_Alco_RS11\ DieselLoks\RS11_VnO.
The model installs into Assets\vR_Addon4\vR_Alco_RS11\DieselLoks\RS11_VnO. In the scenario editor it is listed as: Alco RS11 SCL.
This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
