Have no idea what it is but definitely not a Dash 9.
"If you really needed a diesel locomotive right away, then go ahead and order a ALCO. But if you could wait for real quality, then go for an EMD or a GE".

AC4400CW, I would bet my whole RW collection on it.

(That and I can tell because of the large AC converter box on the conductors side behind the cab...)
