Nothing is wrong with the old P42DC...it is just that it is currently missing as DLC on Steam Store. It got pulled with the October TS2013/Railwork4 upgrade. If you failed to buy it before the 'October Surprise', then you are S**t Out of Luck. And RSC has failed to repost it like they have done with the SP GS-4.
