RSC Paid DLC not working in TS2013.

Need Help.
Since Railworks thought it a great idea to discontinue the US Wagons pack and move it to the SD75 folder, I can't get any of my old re-skins for the 4 chute hoppers to load.
Also can't get any TOFC to load, other than default. The default cars are like brown paper bags going down the tracks, plain Janes. I also have to delete the listing in
the scenario table of rolling stock of all my reskin US Wagon pack, includes TOFC listings since thay all read SD75 4Chute hopper. All equipment works, can't seem to get any re-skins up and running.
Out of this fine upgrade, this is my only quirk.

Same here, but even my defaults don't work. I can't even get the centerbeams in game or even on the list, even with a verify game cache.

I got mine working but I have to admit I'm not sure which ones I'm using as I copied a backup of the original TS2012 US Wagon into TS2013 before I even read that they were in the SD75 pack. Have you tried a backup copy and putting the TS2012 Wagon pack back into the RSDL folder?

Well, I'm refusing to send an e-mail to RSC support, as I don't have the SD75 and don't see why I should HAVE to buy it, which will undoubtedly be their suggestion, but, I want my US Wagons Pack, back, I've paid for it.......

Yes, those four DLC's have missing files. This after verify cache. Why would RSC continue to do something so stupid after the D9 fiasco? I paid for these and needs to be fixed at once. Probably why some scenario will not load.

Have you sent this information to RSC or are you satisfied just griping here?

Your 100% right. I was fortunate to be able to use the back up copy I copied over to the RSDL folder. That being said, we should not have to be recovering from backups after the upgrade to replace missing or moved files. Even though I have my backup, I'll be sending support an email asking about the lost US Wagon assets. The more emails they get, maybe the faster they will restore the assets for us.

I really have to ask, why is RSC insisting on doing this?

This upgrade was one step forward and two steps back. The forward step is the improved proformance and I must say nice job on that point. But the game still has a bug with the couples where your driving along and all your wagons just uncouple themselfs. The F3 HUD display has gone that gave you warnings of the signals ahead no great loss with that but is also warned you of speed changes no to me this was very important as not all speed changes are displayed on the new HUD and you could end up speeding. And then there is the the missing DLC stuff which we have PAID for even RSC support don't know whats going on here one has said it will be back when updated and another has said some of it has gone for good. It should not of been taken in the first place I did not give RSC premission to take stuff I've paid for off my PC.

If you purchased the SD75 loco's the TOFC flat cars, the 4 chute hopper, and the center beam lumber cars are available in that file.
I don't agree with RSC moving them, but hope their working on some solution. I had alot of great re-skins for the US car pack.
I hope I can move them and use them again.

Just got an email back from support regarding the missing US Wagons. Not very helpful, basically telling me to be patient and check their Facebook page.

Just noticed at around 2:30 EST that a 11mb dl was done by Steam and it seems the USWagons was added to the Wide Nose folder that wasn't there before??

The Flying Scotsman was also updated for me along with getting the USWagons back. Now I have 2 sets.

My wagon folder didn't disappear but my default tofc, centerbeam etc have all lost their shape file. All my reskins weren't effected at all so no loss for me really.

Actually it is very helpful. It tells you they have received your email and opened a ticket in the support database.
It is a minimal requirement of any managed support process.

What would have been very UNhelpful would have been a personal acknowledge from a support person, unless they needed more information from you.

Well, I just got an update from Steam and everything is working now.

Looks like they did some house cleaning last night by removing the USWagons folder and its incorrectly referenced bin files from the SD40W folder and put them back into the RSDL folder where they should have been.
