Nope Noel, then this is your problem

you can't launch any exe (from any program) from within a zip file, it simply doesn't work. Follow the instructions of Readme: first of all, unzip the file using the option "Extract here" (Win 7), and then (only then) run the RW_AssetSetup.exe. WinRAR must be version 3.14 or later. I use currently 7-Zip. In any case use the option "Extract here".
Some more details about what may be going wrong with you:
* Windows 7 has a feature to read the zipped files like if they were unzipped, but in fact they are still zipped.
* For example you can see “.pic” files, read documents (.doc(x)) files) etc., but you CANNOT run any sort of install *.exe file because it won't work.
* In fact, you will see the “RW_AssetSetup.exe” running with a successful message at the end, but the problem is that the pack wasn't installed correctly at all, because the exe file did not extract and copy the files into the \railworks folder.
* However, you can use the “Extract Files/Here” function(s) in Windows Explorer and this will UNZIP the files and allow a correct installation.
Fingers crossed.
