I wanted to use the default numbering on this one so we could have more than one in a consist. But. Numbers don't fit the theme. Big. Bulky. Ugly. !*not-ok*! So. Lets make another that's a little more weathered. If you guys really want to run these, I'll put them up as a pair. :D One that's clean as a heritage and one that shows a little use.
I know I'm getting off topic here. We'll just call these XDriver heritage. I'm not planing on doing anymore NS heritage so this thread has probably ran it's coarse.

And what a worthy conclusion to the thread and your endeavour! Thank you so much for bringing us these beautiful repaints of the Norfolk Southern Heritage Fleet.

Once NS starts turning out the EMD's somebody will pick them up no doubt. You have thrown down the gauntlet and set a very high standard.

Lets wait and see how the other heritage schemes fit the more angular body of the EMD and wether the repainters are able to capture their essence. Is that EMD easily repaintable at all is the first question one would ask?

That's my own route I've put together.
This last paint should be up soon in the downloads.
Someone gave me an idea. I have all these templates left over so I did a what if NS wanted a new design for their whole fleet? Still black. Still some white. Still got the horsey. !*salute*!
I got the idea from a drawing somebody did over at the Heritage facebook page. I like it. Whatdayathink? !!det!!

Thanks for the kind words and you are most welcome. Glad you and others enjoy them. It's good to see they're getting some use. I'm mostly running steam locos so my batch of diesels don't get out much. *!lol!*
It's nice to be able to share something with the community.
I had a screenshot in the other post of an updated painted NS PRR. Pic here too. If you or others would rather have that, you can PM me or I can upload it. It's about the last thing I have done. I think you were one of a few who wanted a better Tuscan Red.

Took a shot of this old workhorse while doing an install on some new trailers in Savannah a few years ago.
