I second that, think of the possibilities, "cabrides" galore ! Anyways, nice find.

Google has also done a 'Street View' for the "High Line" here in NYC. The ex. New York Central rail line through buildings on the west side of Manhattan, now a park: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2YcNm6eVGlg&hd=1

Thanks for the linkies , found the Swiss one earlier ,and keen to see it when it's up . The NYC is news again , really great idea to preserve things like that .

I hope they do this for all rail lines out there.
It would be a huge help for us route builders.
