This model is a Mississippi Central reskin of the Double Sheathed USRA Boxcar included with the freeware Pennsylvania Steam route. The Pennsy Steam route must be installed for this model to work. You can download it here:

Run the RW_AssetSetup file to install the model. This model installs into Assets\G-TraX\BLE\ RailVehicles\Freight\Boxcar40ftWood – MSC. In the scenario editor the model is listed as: “MSC Boxcar 40ft Wood DS”.

The Mississippi Central Railroad was a robust east-west shortline route between Hattiesburg and Natchez, in south central Mississippi. The line was owned by a national lumber company and in addition to moving forest products it prospered for a season as a busy through-route for freight. After the waning of lumber and bridge traffic, the route became a part of the Illinois Central system just in advance of its major merger with the Gulf, Mobile & Ohio.

This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
