Is that from the GP40-2 loco pack DLC?

Looks great Buzz! I know I have said this before,but I would pay money to a person that could edit that dynamic fan off of that mesh. I am guessing there was a prototype somewhere that the grid housing was removed,and the fan left intact. Rather odd.
