IIR-HRA-001
A scenario for the Industrial Interactive Railway
By Harry R. Adkins
March 2021

It’s a beautiful Spring morning in Marysville. We have two cuts of twenty-five cars at the Interchange Yard to sort. Consult your work order for the proper yard track for each car. Our call time is 8:00 AM and the weather is clear.

Open Utilities.exe. My Utilities file is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\ common\RailWorks. I created a desktop shortcut for mine. Click the “Package Manger” tab. Click “Install”. Find your file and click “Open”. You're done!

Check the Rolling-Stock Used list to make sure you have the needed assets. If you don’t, use LocoSwap or TS-Tools to substitute different cars.

Hope you enjoy!
Harry

Now available in the file library.

Wow, I haven't visited the IIR for a long time.

Oh, yes it lives as does the ABT. You can’t keep a good route down.

Thank you Harry for the scenario. It's been awhile since I've been on the IIR. I forgot just how nice of a route it is. Looking forward to more switching on the IIR and the Marysville Industrial. Maybe even an expanded roster? That poor S2 must be getting tired by now. Maybe a second hand RS11 could be acquired? Maybe even a GP7? *!!thnx!!*

Great job Harry.
I love switching and the Alco S2 has to work hard, particularly from the interchange. The work order sheets are very useful but I think there is an error near the end as 202466 for yard siding 1 is a tank car not a box? This does not spoil a lovely scenario, well done.

Glad you mentioned the ABT. It is really an enjoyable little route for the obsessed switching engineer!

EDIT: found it at Trainsim.
