Impressive, The detail is astounding. The animation of all the controls, valve train movement, control rods and backhead control is very detailed. It has a multi part animated smoke hood that works. It can pull Sherman hill with ease pulling 100+ freight cars. Mike has really dialed in the physics. There will possibly be another update broadcast next month. Those into steam should watch this. There may be some rolliing stock released with proper physics to go along with this. Release may be by the end of the year but most likely in early Spring. **!!bow!!**

Michael Stephen is putting together a collection of period rolling stock with proper physics for the next broadcast. The biggest issue noted was the wonky resistance/physics values of available rolling stock. May be this will inspire some to correct the physics of some of the available rollingstock. I know that it has been talked of often here. It may be something that I can learn to do at my age. !!jabber!!

From Mike's FB page. !*YAAA*!

I'll be doing another Steam broadcast of the work-in-progress Big Boy starting at five minutes to midnight (23:55 GMT) on Saturday (going into the early hours of Sunday morning) the 31st of this month. I hope to see you there

Open Steam and tab to community, drop down will show broadcasts scroll to Smokebox's broadcast. You will need to calculate local time from GMT to get the start time.
Use this: https://savvytime.com/converter/gmt
EDIT: add a better conversion tool

Hopefully this time he will not delete the stream but keep it on-line.

He is streaming via Steam, it does not save streams.

Should have been more specific; you can record streams via 3rd party software.

I'm not sure if my video card (GTX 1650 Super) would be powerful enough to play the game, broadcast and record all at the same time.
