Offering a themed bundle makes a lot of sense.

It could, like Sherman Hill in translation from Ste to Diesel, 1940’ to Present Day.

What is missing is first generation F7, GP7 or 9 and E units pulling a streamliner.

That would make the package valuable and desirable for players like me who have all the parts separately.

Actually a bargain. For $10.50 got the scenarios plus the SD70ACE which has been on my wish list for a while.

Steam Store page tells me I already own every DLC needed, original route and all trains, so the bundle falls apart into '9 New career scenarios', a 1 MB download at € 3.50 (65% off)?

The Cheyenne - Laramie route in itself is not bad IMO, but is starting to look a bit pale and dated.

It has been there a long time. I sometimes feel pale and dated ..... make that often!

I believe to have seen a backdating attempt of this route to the 1950's Big Boy/Big Blow era.

But no scenery enhancements or the like have ever been created for this route?

You are most certainly correct sir. I was referring to the part modeled in the route. I agree 100% about the part you are referring to.
