Aside from that....it's easy to port over the JointedRail truck sounds as well so they actually squeal on curves. Copy FRT_4Axle from a JR freight pack then put it into Audio\Railnetwork\Bogies then rename it to BG_Modern

If you D/L one of the Bethgons it has the truck and coupler sounds in it and will show you the structure to use to get it all working.

I really like the JR sounds. There is a difference I read somewhere with the additional boggies sounds.
But to me the Krellnut sounds are a classic and very easy to set up. And I love those sounds. !*YAAA*!

It's not the routes it's the rolling stock that determines the sounds. I think LAtimers wrote a little program to apply Krellnut sounds to most cars at that time however RSC and the DTG made each routes sounds stand alone so the only way you can get each and every car to have his awesome sounds is to go into that routes audio and modify the cars to reflect this. I think they always use the same naming so someone should be able to write a utility to do this for each route...............I think.

This is just a quickie but if you have The Race Track go into the system files and find the BNSFlogos.TgPcDx copy and rename it GP_BNSFlogos.TgPcDx and put it into the System folder in the HiLine and your GP38-2 will have the proper signage.

I tried this from my GP38-2BnsfPack01 and it didn't work. I don't have the Race Track.

You don't need the Race Track. The system files are all in the library for that route.

Hi Buzz, what is the link as I cannot find them? !*hp*!

Thanks, Buzz. The ES44DC and the wagons have the logos but the GP38 doesn't any way not for me outside the US.

Hi Buzz,
Meanwhile I managed the locos and most of the cars. Logos and decals appear properly. There remain some minor problems:
- the refrigerator car has no bnsf logo. Looking into the respective geopcdx file shows that there is no logo mentioned in contrast to the geopcdx file of the refrigerator car of Marias Pass.

- the covered hopper 5161 bnsf has a logo but no bnsf decal above the car number. Butnit should have one shouldnˋt it?

- the low polys have no logos at all. Is that right? I found no logo in the respective geopcdx files.

I would be grateful if you could perhaps help with this three topics, especially the refrigerator car.

Greetings

Peter

Oh I think at least a big logo on a huge white wagon wall is not rivet at all... *!lol!*

With the branding the route looks complete now. Seemed a bit barren without it :D
