Timetable Archive

Unread postby Darpor » Sun Nov 18, 2018 11:26 am

I wasn't sure where to put this, I guess it could have gone in The Jungle or Scenario Creation, please feel free to move if necessary.

I'm not sure whether this is of interest to any of you that create scenarios, or whether there is a resource out there already, I know that some people just like to look through old documentation. However, I have been putting together a timetable archive for the benefit of scenario creators and although it is primarily UK orientated at the moment, I have added Amtrak timetables from 2003 through to the present day.

Hopefully it is of some use or interest.

Thanks Darren. Those Amtrak & Brightline tables will be useful.

Thanks Tom

I've done a fairly major update to the US archive with large additions for Metrolink, NJ Transit and SEPTA. In the case of NJ Transit and SEPTA there is around 14 years worth of data.

All can be found in the link in the first post of the thread.

These are brilliant Darren, a few maps included as well on the timetables, just the jobby and they cover a few of our DLC routes New York to Philly NEC, and New Haven, San Jose to San Fransisco, and New Jersey Metro, just the ticket young man, many thanks.

You are welcome to this listing as well.... Something I have been working for a while. Covers UP/BNSF in Southern California Routes “Donner Pass”, “Cajon Pass”, Cajon-Mojave”, Tehachapi Pass”, and “Pacific Surfliner”... It could reach into other routes as well, such as Soldier Pass-Salt Lake City, Maria’s Pass, Stevens Pass, Chicago-Aurora as well with a little imagination.....

Great work - thank you both for sharing. I've been doing something similar for Horseshoe Curve in three eras: PRR, CR and NS. Will share as soon as it is complete. I have also extended this concept using the fictional NERW Pennsylvania Sub as an extension of HSC moving toward Pittsburgh.
