I'm on 10 and usually use Firefox, but I've never had this issue. Knock on Wood. *!greengrin!*

What anti virus programs are being used by the affected people? I'm trying to narrow this down.

What mice, or brand of mice?
New build. i7-7700k, MSI Z270 Gaming M5 Mobo, Hyper 212 Evo, Corsair DDR4 3200 Mhz RAM, Klipsch Pro Mediea 2.1 Speakers, Samsung 850 Evo SSD, HAF XM Case, Asus Strix GTX 1070 and Cooler Master Storm XT Keyboard.

Same here (just saw this thread). It only started a few days ago, also on the UKTS forum (which seems to have the same server/origins). Not always the case, but intermittent. And on both forums, and only in the past few days. And not occurring with any other websites. So something definitely happened.

I'm using Chrome.

Definitely something happened "out there" to cause it.
