Hopefully, but it's possible to manually apply the sounds to that and SD70Pack01 (The original UP SD70ACe pack) and also the FEF-3 SD70ACe.

Was using the horn proxies that were nested in the original CAb folder instead of the ones in the Horn Proxyies folder. Some instal instructions would have been a good idea. Having to watch a 19 minute video is a bit excessive.
