One can always add to them if one has the desire.

If there was ever a time to release it, it would be in conjunction with this DLC.

I'm really excited about this route! I imagine the locos will just be reskinned versions to the Donner units, perhaps with the 'new' braking physics.

I'm equally excited for the potential for Utah Railway operations. We already have GP40, F45, and SD45 locomotives represented in game, so potential for reskins abound!

Reskinning the Donner SD40T-2 would not be correct as the DRGW tunnel motors had a 4000 gal fuel tank vs. the 4400 gal tanks on the SP units.

As I live only 30 miles away from an Ex. DRGW line (Moffat Sub) the only information I could give you about DRGW is that the signals used where Searchlights or early Vader Signals. As for locomotives in the 80's decade, DRGW had SD45's, SD40T-2's with the 4,000 gallon Fuel tank, GP40's and GP40-2's, F9's, GP9's, SD7's and SD9's, and GP30's GP35's, in Standard Guage. For horns, DRGW mostly equipped their units with M3 horns. Some where equipped with P3's from ex. SP units, some with K5LA's and some with RS3L horns. Looking forward to this route, can't wait for it to be released.

I'm sure it will be a disappointment to you rivet counters about many things. The rest of us will joyestly celebrate another tribute to American Rail Roads.

Did I miss something, or is this the fourth page of people saying that they are excited about this route and that it looks good?

Getting in some grumpiness about the rivet-counters proactively?

Griphos, this is just par for the course.

I have a bad feeling DTG will recycle the SP model from Donner Pass and simply slap on a DRGW paint scheme, albeit with a different horn.

Has anyone ever....actually played this game long enough.......that the extra 400 gallons.....make a difference?

If so, I need an adult while visiting this forum.

The extra 400 gallons has nothing to do with game play. The 4000 gallon tank is visually smaller than the 4400 gal tank.

^ That's a great shot. It appears a GP9 will be included along with the SD40T-2, which the GP9 is identical to the one in the GP9 DLC, but with new TS2015 features such as len flares.

I don't see a lens flare in the shot. For what it's worth Gary @ Elphalba's Workshop mentioned a few weeks ago that he was working on some scenarios for this route with the existing GP9 DLC.

It looks great but I will beg them for a new fuel tank *!!wink!!* . Hopefully the gyra works too.
