Looking great!! Are these going to released as one pack,or in phases? ie: are you waiting for the four axle versions to release these?

Dear BoostedFridge, here is a render from 3d Studio Max of one of four axle version (remember NS had two versións of B36-7, 6 units was come from SOU with High Nose and 32 they was come from Conrail with Low Nose).

Here is one of the ex SOU locomotives...

Excellent job guys! Thank you for sharing your WIP shots.

I remember these units when they were operating every day through my hometown. NS was still running a lot of U-boats in the early 90's. I'm saddened to learn that very few GE models were preserved. They are rare to find in the USA.

Please review the horns on the ex-SOU units. I can't tell you the model they used with certainty, maybe a Nathan P5 with all 5 bells facing forward. By the time they got to NS, it looks like Nathan P3 horns were used as quick replacements by shop forces. NS 3815 had a different type on each end!

The large Leslie 5-chime horns were N&W horns. Nearly all of the NW units had these horns. GM&O, SLSF, & SCL also used the Leslie ST-5 horns. I heard one yesterday on the NS, likely recycled from an older unit.

The models look great & I can't wait to give them a run!

Lovely. !!howdy!!

These look excellent, nice work! Will the cabs be set up for LHF operation or Short-hood-forward?
