Is a Illinois Central GP10 possible in the future? There's a lot of leasers, shortlines, etc that use them to this day as well

It may work granite and oil trains around Cheyenne and other similar switch jobs. These appear to have some potential on the Pacific Surfliner or Cajon Pass as well...
