Steam Autumn Sale

Unread postby jwtheiv » Sun Nov 30, 2014 1:17 pm

As most of us know by now, most DLC is 50-60% off on the current Autumn Steam Sale.

However, for the next 48 hours, both the Standard TS2015 Edition and the Steam TS2015 Edition are 85% off. I know I've been waiting on this for awhile (especially as I already owned both NY-NH and Surfliner), hoping we'd see a discount like this.

Steam Edition - $8.24
Buy Train Simulator 2015: Steam Edition

Standard Edition - $5.99
Buy Train Simulator 2015: Standard Edition

Cheap way to get two routes I didn't have yet, London-Peterborough and Munich-Garmisch Partenkirchen! Two $40 routes for $5.99 total is a great deal! !!*ok*!!
Cheers, !*cheers*!

Thanks for the tip! I was on the fence about buying Surfliner, but for this price with the other routes its a no brainer!

Too good to pass up. WIth the Steam edition, I got for almost nothing a lot of stuff that I would never have bought individually. I'll save those for a rainy day.
I'm intrigued by the German route though. I might try that soon.
Thanks for the heads-up!

I just realized the New-York to New-Haven route comes with the Acela. Added bonus!
It is a very good train.

Yeppers, sweet deals for sure! All I had was the Surfliner Route and the F59PHI Loco Add-On, so with the Steam Edition I got three routes and the F59PH engine. For $9USD! Can't even get a Mc Happy meal for that price! **!!bow!!**

I selected the New York-New Haven route at 85% off ($6.99) on the DLC page (I checked it twice because of the ridiculously low price) and when I went to checkout, it was listed at $19.99. Bait and switch came to mind. I thought of sending an e-mail to Steam but knowing that I'd probably never get a reply in time, I decided to wait and see if Steam comes back with a Christmas sale.

No, if you want the 85% discount, you have to buy the whole Train Simulator 2015 package.
