Donner Pass target fix

Not sure if this was posted or if everybody knows but the Donner Pass Switch target fix in the file library will also work on the Surfliner Route. They use the same texture file.

You would think that after all these years that this problem would have been fixed at the source instead of each of us needing to reapply the fix multiple times! I noticed the other day that my Donner Pass is incorrect yet again. I guess the last 'update' broke the target colors yet again.

If the two routes use the same file and the Surfliner route has the colors reversed, yes, the fixed file I made should work.

Something related to 2015 did things to Donner Pass. I'm getting white mountains there, which I never had before, and my switch targets were also reversed.
I had to reinstall a tracks.bin file I have, that fixes the rough track between Truckee and Colfax as well.
