Only problem is that the Metrolink trains use nathan P2s and not K5LAs, iirc !*roll-laugh*!

I don't think they are claiming to be metrolink. What's your point?

Can anyone else not get this to work? Every time I load a scenario it says the cars are missing. I'm not getting any luck today...

I'm having that issue with my Coaster cars... I'll have to revert back to my pre-modded versions and see if that fixes it. Odd, since I did the same exact mods to the Metrolink cars and those still run fine.

I'm surprised they kept my sounds in. I sent these long ago to a person who worked with them but I thought they would start from scratch but guess not. I'll have to submit more sounds then!

I can't believe how many people complain about everything that is released??? Has anyone here played the original MSTS, before the 1.2 upgrade?? I for one, continue to buy, and will do so, so that they may be funded to continue to improve.... Just my opinion. And I love the new commuter trains!

Hear! Hear! After the flaying DTG took over the postponed release of this rolling stock due to circumstances beyond their control, I sometimes wonder why they still bother. Now they've released them in generic liveries (as suggested at least once in this forum) and they're still taking it in the neck. Every design is a compromise, and a railroad is a far more complex environment that most sims ever deal with. Personally, I appreciate a steadily improved platform, particularly when they take care to ensure the backward compatibility of earlier products; and they've done all this at a cost that is quite reasonable to a broad range of users. There will always be room for improvement in any product, but please let's take a broader perspective, at least from time to time.
