I just read up on a blender tutorial and I am currently making or in the process of a amtrak cascades

any good tutorials u know?

cause I got blender last week and all I made so far is 2 cubes top of each other I don't even know how to move my perspective

also I leaned from someone here you have to fail to improve

There are gazillions of Blender tutorials out there, start with series such as "from noob to pro".
Moving the perspective is done using ctrl+mouse left, if I recall correctly.

they were cab car but most are being replaced by talgo made cab cars

That's not a F40PH, Thats a cab car. a cab car.

Amtrak never owned any Powered F40PH's in cascades paint.

Technically yes that's a F40PH converted to be used as a NPCU (non powered control unit). The main difference between this and an actually F40PH, it has a concrete slab for an engine.
