I hope we can modify the cloud textures as well, because textures in the video appear to be directly taken from the base Flight Simulator X textures. Some clouds, like http://www.realenvironmentxtreme.com offer, would look amazing! I'm quite sure could be done, I mean, if REX can do it to FSX, then I'm sure it could be done to TS2015, as the system for the two should be fundamentally the same.
They exist everywhere. You may not see them, but they're there. Awww yeeeaaaahhhh, 20% Cooler! /)

I'm really hoping the Acela and ICE-T DLCs will be updated with scenarios for the new routes, while retaining scenarios for the old routes in the internal files, so if someone buys the old NEC or Hamburg-Hannover while owning TS15 they can still play the trains on those routes.

I'm also hoping for some proper steam smoke too :)

What about existing DLC compatibility?
Anything on hardware requirements?

September 18th is not far away, surely they have info on these...

Every update thus far has improved performance on my machine even with the added features. Ex. as Railworks 3 I couldn't run TSX, when it became TS2013 I could run TSX at the same framerate as I ran non-TSX in RW3 but couldn't turn headlights on without losing significant FPS, now in TS2014 I can run TSX with headlights on with no framerate hit and even got a frame per second or two improvement. At this point I wouldn't be concerned about needing to update any hardware.

I'm glad NY-NH is going to be one of the routes- The route interests me but not enough to pay $20 for it, this way I should be able to pick it up as the base game for under $10!

If they have updated the Acela Express then I'm interested in this. Fingers crossed that they're going to have some bug fixes in this aswell.

The existing sky textures are actually pretty good.
I'd just like them to fix the "Starfish" "Pinwheel" that occasionally creeps in.
New build. i7-7700k, MSI Z270 Gaming M5 Mobo, Hyper 212 Evo, Corsair DDR4 3200 Mhz RAM, Klipsch Pro Mediea 2.1 Speakers, Samsung 850 Evo SSD, HAF XM Case, Asus Strix GTX 1070 and Cooler Master Storm XT Keyboard.
Slick with Pretty Rainbow Colors.

Whatever happened to this being a "OPTIONAL" update?

Because it sounds like we are now REQUIRED to get it. !*not-ok*!

*Yawn that nice dear.

But what I want to see from RSC is 2 more us steam. Erie Triplex and Allegheny. That my friend I would enjoy it like a HO style.

I also talked to Alex about repaints on the challengers V2 From MTH. I can't wait to driver those!
