Looks great but I am holding out for the BN or Western Pacific Livery (high nose model). Hopefully the other releases come sooner rather than later!

This kind of flew under the radar since apparently Jan 1, 2009 !*roll-laugh*!

Somebody should fix that release date.

It's a reskin. (You must on the SP one to purchase it)

still waiting on the BN and ATSF.

not quite, this one is just more than a reskin. It has a different headlight configuration than the SP version.

Never mind, it is a minimal modification.
For me it is still very expensive for just one reskin.

*Critic hat on*

I think the reskins should have at least been included in one big pack on the marketplace that included the BN, ATSF and UP skins together instead of separate, like what seems to be the case currently.
I wouldn't mind if you had to buy a pack of reskins separately, but having to buy them individually is a bit too much for me. Especially for $4-6 which in my honest opinion is too steep for a non-standalone product.

With that said, I'm sad enough at this point to pick up the BN and ATSF skins regardless.

So what do you complainers think is a 'reasonable' price for a addon that now makes it possible to do additional re-paints with the headlight in the right place for some other roads?

$20 for the loco and then $5 per repaint isn't too bad. I still wish they continued to make them as a bundle like they did with the GP9 or SW1500 however this is still nicer than the fact that I own 3 SD45's and they were $20 each.
