Where would you even run one of those 4-12-2's at? Are they articulated? Doesn't look like they can take a sharp radius curve very well, maybe not even a switch?

These engines are great! They run really well on my computer. Do you know how to get three-part whistles to work on these models? I think I can loop these sounds.

Another question. How do you convert a locomotive anyway? I just thought about how N&W 611, N&W 1218, Frisco 1522, and the C&O Alleghenies were all in MSTS.

There is a file converter that changes .s files to 3dc files. You then treat it like any other model you would want to import.
I've tried it before but could never get the textures to work properly. When you look at a msts model in 3dc it is very very basic compared to a railworks one.
There is also the copyright issue with sharing other peoples work.
Frontrunner in the file library now!

Install the RWP with the Utilities.exe.

Many thanks - quite a bit of work has gone in to get these across... !*brav*!

First before you can legally convert and share some engines is if you can first get the author's permission to do so. Then maybe you might be able to do so.

What did you use to make the MSTS conversions? Is there a tutorial?
