All is well thank you for asking. Hope I get some time this summer to work on the route. Life sure knows how to steal time away from the really fun stuff doesnt it !*hp*!

Suppose somewhere along the line we need some Metra repaints now that we have a car body huh?

That would be great Buzz.. Although no Metra lines operate on my current build there might be in the future.

Just a quick update here for anyone still following this thread. I'm still working on the route, current location is New Carlisle Indiana. Tonight work will be concentrated in the area around I/N TEK steel just east of New Carlisle.

You been working on this for almost 2 years now. Not easy is it? I am glad to see that you have the fortitude to keep going with it, tells me the route will be worth the wait.

Yes, its a very busy area. Where many railroads removed much trackage , in some instances there has been rail added to various yards.
Steel and coal haulage is still the king. Fortunately the mills in the area are doing okay. (sadly with half of the employees working from 10 years ago.). !*don-know!*

Ns21212, thanks !

Krellnut, I sure hope you will get the same enjoyment running the route ( when released ), as your sound packs have given me. It will be an honor to finally give something back.

Thebigroyboyski, I'm gonna put some screenshots up when I'm done with the New Carlisle area.

Bob, Thanks for your support. Wish I had more time to spend working on the route. Thankfully the world editor is a dream to work with. Im hoping I can contact you when a 'rough' alpha version is nearing completion.

PhilCiborowski, Thanks!
