Grand Trunk Western.... GP-9's

Unread postby gtw5812 » Tue Aug 20, 2013 10:32 pm

I don't usually ask this kind of thing...but being an "old guy"..and not computer smart...here it goes... Maybe one of you..."Young Guys", could help me "relive" my past, and repaint a few GP-9's, into GTW? I remember these units charging up Summers Rd. hill with a heavy train...tied to their A**, running hard. Just a thought...

I, personally would greatly appreciate it! I have attached a few photos...

Best Regards,

Galen

The current blue GTW GP9 looks and works as it should in game now. All we need is a quick repaint of one in black and were set.

Well we could have a dirty one, GTWs locos were almost as dirty as SP's. plus, some were blue and had CN on the side. GLLX 4433 still hangs around here in GTW paint. It's a GP9 and works on mainline service for Marquette.

I can do dirty. We have a GT 38 working some locals in Spaulding IL and parts around there. Believe it or not ours is pretty clean.

I shall start on them tonight. One black and red, one or bother dirty. !*salute*!
