Well, RSC just emailed me with a potential fix. About to test it out!

exrailwayman you do realize that the sd40-2 was updated with a completely new model as part of the upgrade to ts2012?

RSC also emailed me and their test did not succeed on my machine either.

At least they are working with us again.

I sure hope they get to the bottom of this. I've been dying to try out the Norfolk Southern Atlanta route but the stupid Dash9s are in it. I've tried replacing them with RWTools and get all kinds of errors

everyone who lost their Dash9 pack make one post here with this post being the first.

My dash 9 is borked... funny how the dash 9 in donner pass works! Where is that Donner Pass upgrade? !*don-know!*

Has anyone tried using regular Dash9 skins on those supplied with Donner Pass?

Fixed it! RSC had me do a fix through instructions and it works. Hopefully they'll have it out for you soon!
