Alright, I may have lied a bit. I've done a few routes before, but none to the scale of this. Anyways after following your progress and admiring your eye for detail, I wanted to have a go with a route that would allow me to learn new tricks and improve my skills. After weighing out my options, I went with a segment of Canadian National's Bluford Sub. My iteration covers the line from Fulton, Kentucky to Paducah, Kentucky. The route is rather gentle terrain-wise, but there are a few deep cuts and impressive trestles crossing numerous rivers.
Here are two shots of the work I've done so far in Fulton. Doing the yard "scenery" is rather boring, I just want to plant more trees and make a town!
Keep up the great work, and most importantly, inspiring people like me!

Hi-Rez 3D trees in foreground, then the asset block of 2D. The irregular asset block is extremely handy. Don't forget you can change the proportion of a tree by double clicking on it and changing the x,y, or z scale. Variety and irregularness ( I made this word up) replicates the world. Don't forget underbrush where your tree line starts! I checked your area on the map, and you need ALL those trees to hide how flat it is AND you have to go deep. 1250ft to each side of the track. You do that and make it a rule - you will have a boss looking route! Embrace the scenery, you got a neighborhood on both sides of the track here. Reproduce it down to the stop sign, street light and telephone pole. I would go wide here - fill in from Steven Beale Dr to RT 307 - its a mile. When its flat like this you have to go out further. I use natural features or highways as boundaries - you cant do everything!

If my guess is correct I am going to go down somewhere parallel to 8th street for some more consignees. Can you assist with a limited expansion of the Dundee say where 2 Guys would have been - I am willing to go all the way down 8th St. I would like to get an idea of what is down here and links for pictures, track alignment would be a big help. This really needs to get done - the Dundee is a special place and I want the world to see it! Its like the most cool switching route that stands on its own... and its REAL!
