I slight touch-up of a Dual Wabco E2 from CArailroader

The Dual Wabco E2 was commonly used on the EMD F-units with one facing forward and the other facing backward.
They were also used on some of the Baldwin Sharknoses. However, most (if not all) of the Sharknoses
had both horns facing forward.
Credit goes to YouTuber mafarnz for the original audio.
RWA member Matt Blackburn (CArailroader) previously made this horn, so credit goes to him as well.
I gave the horn a touch-up. The "start" file was too short.
I renamed the original files as "int" (interior) files and have thrown in some louder files.
Copy and paste the horn files into the desired location of any content Audio file.
You can rename the files or leave them named as the are. Next, open the proxyxml file and rename the
file readings from .dav to .wav.
For example, if the files are named Dual_Wabco_E2_start, Dual_Wabco_E2_loop, and Dual_Wabco_E2_end,
the files readings should be named...
- Dual_Wabco_E2_start.wav
- Dual_Wabco_E2_loop.wav
- Dual_Wabco_E2_end.wav
