The Columbia Valley Pacific route has a beautiful passenger coach but no baggage car. I figured that the good citizens of that area depended on the Railway Express Agency for mail, parcels, and all sorts of LCL deliveries. So, here is a baggage car for them.
Unzip and install using the included RW_AssetSetup.exe installer. In the scenario editor the model is listed as: “Coach BA CVP”. You can find it here: Assets\GreatNortherner\SteamEra\RailVehicles\Passenger\PRR-BA\CVP.
