Description: The railroad was the last to use F9 units in revenue service in the United States, until Indiana Boxcar Corporation purchased two F9s for use on the Vermilion Valley Railroad in western Indiana/eastern Illinois. It also had some of the last few Griswold rotating signals in full operation (now removed). It also featured a 100-foot-long trestle and the Cramer Tunnel.

This would be a fun candidate for a route for someone some day. In the meantime it fits in with the mine on the RWA Route.

To get this all complete you will need both the Feather River Route and the Clinchfield however it will mostly work with just the Feather River Route.

Installation is a little different here. The A unit and one of the B units is based on the FeatherRiver F7. To install run the installer or drill down and put them in the proper place. You will need to copy the entire CabView folder from the Default F7 into the EMC folder. Then copy the AUnit_36_37CFe.GeoPcDx and the BUnit_36_37e.GeoPcDx from the default and paste them into the EMC Engine Folder. You will have both the A and B units here.

Looking at the prototype B Units I noticed that Erie Mining B Units were all of the three porthole version sooo I painted up the Clinchfield Grey B unit to reflect this. To install this you will need to copy the C_F7_BUnit_Grey.GeoPcDx file from the Clinchfield\RailVehicles\Diesel\F7\Default Engine folder and paste it into the EMC Engine folder.

Once again I want to thank Kevin Schulz from searchlight Simulations for the side decals for these locomotives.

To get all this to show up properly you need to have DTG FeatherRiver checked, DTG Clinchfield checked and SearchlightSimmulations FeatherRiver checked in the Asset list.

I hope to do a weathered version of this when I get the time.
