Corrects non-functioning numbering for the Heritage Diner in the Miami-West Palm Beach package

Description
==========================================
         Amtrak Heritage Diner Number Fix
   For the DTG Miami-West Palm Beach Route
==========================================

It has bugged me that for some inexplicable reason, DTG set up the Heritage Diner with non-functioning numbering of the Heritage Diners, due to (a) incorrect paths, and (b) no attempt to provide the correct numbers. The result is that no numbers at all show up on the heritage diners.

This simple fix corrects the issue by correcting the numbering path, and providing correct numbers.

Unfortunately, existing Career scenarios will not reflect the change, because the (wrong) numbering is already baked in, and Career scenarios cannot be edited (unless you clone it to a Standard scenario and then edit the vehicle number manually). However Quick Drives, other scenario types, and future third party (non-Career) creations, will reflect the change.

Although all Heritage Diners were built by Budd between the late 1940's and late 1950's, they have a variety of detailed appearances depending on the original owner, and subsequent modifications over the years. Variations occur in the sides of the cars  (flat or corrugated), "name boards" on the side and above the windows, window configuration, and vents in the roof. However, using the www.trainweb.org resource at  http://www.trainweb.org/amtrakpix/locoshots/heritagediner/HERITAGEDINER.html  as a reference, I have established that the model created by DTG most closely resembles four heritage diners, three of which are ex-Southern (# 8521, 8524, 8558) built in 1948/49, and one ex-PRR (#8530), built in 1951.

I have therefore provided a default number set which covers just these four "best fit" dining cars. Feel free to edit. Or, if you wish to broaden the range to a set of numbers which include additional cars that are "somewhat close" in appearance, I have included a second .dcsv file (total of 9 numbers) which you can rename to HeritageDiner_numbering.dcsv.  And if you want the full range of possible active heritage diner numbers regardless of how "similar" they look (total of 20 numbers), there is a third file for you to rename and use.

Installation:
==========

- Unzip the file and copy the whole Asset folder directly into the MAIN Railworks folder
- Agree to merge the Assets folder and the HeritageDiner folder when asked, and to overwrite the files when prompted
- Make sure you delete the Blueprints.bak file in the main DTG\Miami folder (don't worry, it will regenerate when you next run the route)
