This is a switching scenario by Tom Pallen for the RW3 (TS2012)
Horseshoe Curve route.

Installation instructions: as usual, unzip the RWP installation file to
a convenient place, such as the desktop, then start RW3, open the
Package Manager (a "refresh" is advisable), click the "install" button,
navigate to the RWP package, and click "open".

Scenario description:
"Horseshoe Scissors" introduces the scissors maneuver: a way of crossing
from one side of a set of busy mainline tracks to the other. Once
you've learned how to scissor, you'll be handling some switching opera-
tions between the Woodvale Yard and Bethlehem Steel.

Suggestions: as suggested within the scenario, stick to an average 15 mph
speed limit while scissoring or switching, follow all instructions,
and save often. The latter is especially important after completing each
scissors maneuver: if the mythical RW dispatcher does not provide you
with the correct path to your next destination, save, quit, and resume
the scenario.
I have timed the heavy AI traffic for an engineer driving at 15 mph
while switching or scissoring. Departing from this speed may result in
missing the AI or crashing into it ... so be careful out there!
