Install the RWP file with the Railworks Package Manager. Then you must copy the
ATSF-CE-1_car1.GeoPcDx file from
railworks\Assets\GreatNortherner\ATSFPack\RailVehicles\Freight\Caboose-CE-1\Default to railworks\Assets\GreatNortherner\ATSFPack\RailVehicles\Freight\Caboose-CE-1\NERW
In the editor they are referenced as NE - CE1 Caboose.
To use it in your scenarios you must turn on GreatNortherner and ATSFpack with the Object Filter.
This repaint is released as freeware, you can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use. It is FREE!
