This model is a fictional Maine Department of Transportation reskin of the 2-bay ballast hopper included with the NS SD40-2 High Nose pack. The base model can be purchased at http://www.railsimulator.com/product/208354-NS+SD40-2+High+Nose+.
NOTE: You must have the RSC SD40-2 High Nose model installed first. This model will not work without it.
Install using RW_AssetSetup.exe. The unit will be installed to Assets\RSC\SD40HnPack01\RailVehicles\Freight\Ballast Hopper\MDOT. Copy the Geopcx file from Assets\RSC\SD40HnPack01\RailVehicles\Freight\Ballast Hopper\Default and paste it into Assets\RSC\SD40HnPack01\ RailVehicles\ Freight\Ballast Hopper\MDOT.
In the scenario editor it will be listed as “Ballast Hopper MDOT”. To use it in a scenario you must choose it with the object browser under RSC/SD40HnPack01. I created this reskin to use with the EL Gravel facility on the Fort Kent Route.
This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
